The staff here tend to be rude, the only worker that I’ve encountered in there that is really good at her job is the woman with the head scarf. Whenever I’ve had a problem she has been able to resolve it and is really helpful when I have a query. Once I had a problem with my tracking and the bearded worker kept talking over me and saying the same thing over and over again—the lady listened to me and actually resolved my problem, which he couldn’t do. And, today there were a couple people stood outside at 3PM whilst two of the workers were inside (the bearded worker and the tall black worker), we just wanted confirmation that they were closed but
the website said they would be closing at 5:30PM. They both made eye contact with us several times and did not bother to at least signal that they were done for the day—turned the lights off and left without saying a word. Update the closing times ahead of the holidays and stop wasting people’s times.

I regularly use this post office for a variety of functions and find the staff to be incredibly helpful.
They always take painstaking care to make sure that their customers recieve to correct service which is tailored to their needs. The staff are always polite and helpful and most importantly efficient.
Because they have such a strong understanding of both their services and customer needs they often perform tasks in a fraction of the time it takes other post offices to complete. They are a real credit to the community to which they serve.
I know personally of a number of people who have actually moved away from the local area but will continue to use this particular post office due to the level of care they receive from the staff here.
A real jewel in the crown for Royal Mail in terms of service and they deserve to be recognised as such.
